Because everyone's motivational drivers are different, we have a range of challenges to participate in. Stick to just one for simplicity, or go for gold and try to win them all! See below for the breakdown of the 4 ways to win...

1. Lottery Draw
Your Challenge:
- Score a minimum of 1 point every week for 6 weeks. You can score points 2 ways....
- SCORE A POINT BY completing 6 classes in the week (either live or recorded or a mix of both)
- LIVE CLASSES - your attendance in each live session will automatically be recorded
- RECORDED CLASSES - if you complete a recorded class, you will be given a PIN to enter in the Attendance Tracker
- SCORE A POINT by logging your biomeasurements on a Monday morning (see Monday Weigh-In)
- SCORE A POINT BY completing 6 classes in the week (either live or recorded or a mix of both)
How to Win:
- Collect a minimum of 1 point each week to go into the draw to WIN
- Collect both types of points to double your entries in the draw
- There will be bonus points availalable throughout the program which you can complete for extra entries in the lottery
Best for User Types:
Socialisers & Philanthropists - the lottery system means you are rewarded on effort but there is still a communal enterprise, being the group lottery. Everyone who meets the criteria joins in the running and it could be anyone's game which reduces the competitive element.
Free Spirits - this challenge allows a number of different options for acheiving your weekly quota. This means you are not required to do the same thing each week and the surprise bonus points mix things up even further.
Acheivers,Players & Disruptors - even though the lottery is a chance game in the end, the more points you log each week, the more chances you have to win! We have weekly group leaderboards and personal progress reports for those who like the competition.
2. Highest Attendance
Your Challenge:
Whilst the 1st challenge only requires 6 classes to be completed each week in order to meet the criteria, this challenge is ALL about finding out just how far you can go. This challenge is great for anyone wanting to improve their consistency, create long term habits, or really make their relationship with exercise a healthy, integral part of their day to day lifestyle.

- RECORDED CLASSES - if you complete a recorded class, you will be given a PIN to enter in the Attendance Tracker
How to Win:
We run up to 18 classes per week. The program is designed to enable you to do many of the classes back to back and make as many of the live sessions as possible. With all class recordings also available (within 3 hours of class), the sky is the limit. The person who logs the most sessions at the end of 6 weeks wins! (Heads up - the winner of our last program logged and average of 10 classes per week. That's a very competitive effort but it equates to only 5 hours per week so you do not have to turn your life upside down to have a shot at the number one spot!)
Best for User Types:
Socialisers - the more classes you do, the more you will be involved in all the banter every time that leaderboard gets released to the community Whatsapp group!
Free Spirits - you can log your live recordings using the Attendance Tracker meaning you can win this challenge even when your schedule is different week by week. Do this, together with as many of the other challenges as possible to keep things varied.
Acheivers - progess reports sent to you each week mean you can play a "chase your own shadow" game with yourself to gain more and more consistency as well as quantity. Use this challenge to give you the best chance possible of winning the other challenges that really juice you up - i.e. the weight loss, cms, & fitness test challenges
Players & Disruptors- yes we get a group leaderboard going for this one as well. AND it gets shared to the community Whatsapp Group which should give you plenty of competitive fuel!
3. Most Weight Dropped
Your Challenge:
If weight loss is your goal, then this is the challenge for you. Remember, high class attendance will have a big impact on your weight loss goals so the two challenges will go well together. HOWEVER!!!!.....The nutrition program is where you will need to focus a lot of your attention if you want to win this one!
How to Win:
- Log your biomeasurements every week on a Monday morning, preferably at the same time (see Monday Weigh-In)
- Submit progress photos either of the scales or of yourself each week (see Monday Weigh-In)
- Log your final weigh-in on the Monday after the program finishes to go into the running for the most weight dropped
Best for User Types:
Socialisers - This is your chance to connect with your fellow SummerSixers - helping each other progress each week. We announce individual and group weight loss each week so you can rely on your peers to push you forward.
Philanthropists - Use your own weight loss journey to help others. Become our biggest loser for the program so that you can use your credence and your own story to encourage others and be an inspiring mentor.
Free Spirits - The more challenges you do, the better for your "variation" cravings!
Acheivers - progess reports sent to you each week mean you can play a "chase your own shadow" game with yourself. Dialing into the nutrition and calorie guides is where you will truly shine - doing the maths, getting the balance right & learning the science!
Players & Disruptors- yes we get a group leaderboard going for this one as well. AND it gets shared to the community Whatsapp Group which should give you plenty of competitive fuel!
4. Most Cms Trimmed
Your Challenge:
For many people, the biggest and best change does not happen on the scales. It happens around your middle. In fact, the more lean muscle mass you gain in our program, the faster you will see results and the healthier you will be overall. This challenge is therefore a MUST for anyone serious about tracking their fat loss progress. Whether you are wanting to tone, lose weight, build muscle or simply improve your general health, we recommend doing this challenge in conjunction with the challenge #3.

- Submit progress photos either of the scales or of yourself each week (see Monday Weigh-In)
- Log your final measurements on the Monday after the program finishes to go into the running for the most cms trimmed
Best for User Types:

At some stage throughout each recorded session, you will be given a 4 digit pin. Submit this pin by heading to the attendance tracker (above) to add a notch on your reward belt for the week.
NOTE: Your live class attendance will be automatically logged.
MONDAY WEIGH IN
Time to take a good hard look in the mirror (pun intended!)
If you're like the rest of us, jumping on the scales isn't much fun - unless the numbers are going down in which case the feeling is pretty bloody great! Seeing progress is one of the best motivators you can experience so take a deep breath and be brave...we promise you it will be worth it!
DON'T FORGET - If you are putting on muscle mass (which is very important for fat loss as well as your general health), the scales may be going up instead of down. This is why the only tracking worth doing MUST include your weight and hip measurements, as well as progress photosatte. This will give you a holistic and more accurate reading of your progress.
