  1. Take your measurements at the same time every week.  You can log at any time during the day but make sure you keep the time consistent every week.
  2. Measure in an unflexed state and before your workout, not after
  3. Keep your feet together, relax your muscles and stand up straight
  4. Pull the tape tight, keeping pressure against (but not pinching) the skin.
  5. Ensure the tape is kept level
  6. Ideally have someone else take your measurements for you.
  7. Always measure on bare skin & not over clothing.

 Your waist measurement should be taken at the narrowest point or at the midway position between the top of the hip bone and bottom of the rib cage (or over your belly button to keep things simple). 

Measure your hips at the widest part around your glutes.

Only needs to be entered once at the start of your membership. Enter format in cms i.e. 163
