Use this tool to check in with yourself at the end of each week.

The process of spending a couple of minutes to take stock is a powerful mindfulness method as well as being a helpful way to keep you connected with your goals.

It will also give our trainers insight into where you are at after the past 7 days and how best to support you in the week ahead.  You may share as much or as little as you wish.
