When was the last time you got through the day without back, hip or other joint or muscle pain?  Have you lived this way for so long it's simply the norm now?  Did you know it doesn't have to be this way?!!

The importance of stretching and mobility exercises can not be understated.   Just because your gymnastics career ended at 10 years old, this doesnt mean flexibility is no longer important.  Not only does it help you avoid injury, it reduces inflammation, stiffness and pain across all common problem areas, reduces fatigue (imagine what you could acheive with more energy!), reduces anxiety and improves cardiovascular function.

 

Make this session a non-negotiable part of your week and watch your quality and enjoyment of life improve before your eyes.

- Bluetooth Headphones/ Speaker (for best experience)

- Water bottle

- Mat if you desire

All our live classes are conducted via zoom.  You do not need to create a Zoom account or log in.  Simply download the app to your device and then click on the "Join Class" button above.



At 25yrs old, sitting on just over 100kg, with her new baby at home in Darwin, Misty was given a Gym Membership by her Mum just to give her somewhere to go that was inspiring & motivating to help her headspace of being stuck at home. Pop the baby in the creche for an hour & do whatever felt good for you. That was the exact day it all changed. Fast forward 19 years & 3 babies & Misty's fitness industry career covers almost every angle possible.

 

Misty’s passion is making you feel REAL, both inside & out! It's not just about the body, but all the feels that go with it. The emotional, mental & physical.  "It's a basic domino effect - you take how you feel to everyone you see everyday.
